Birth Debriefing

We understand that birth is a transformative process for birthing people and, in our experience, the most wonderful, intimate, and life-changing event. We have attended many births that have had optimal outcomes for mum and bub; however, we acknowledge that a large proportion of women do not have the option or choice and have not had the outcome they expected. This can impact people for a lifetime, seeking counsel to debrief and understand your birth, whether it was expected or not, is beneficial for understanding and assisting with closure.
